Want to redo my interior

Where do I start heres a pic of what it looks like now. lawl ;)
Its got vynal sport seats, I hate the vynal I sweat on them so much I have no AC. My shift knob and boot looks like hell but I still think the knob is sweet cause its custom. The ebrake handle and boot are shit handle is cracked and boot is an accordian. And my carpet sits atop the hard metal floor with no sound deadening as I took it all out for some odd reason, the little screen that tells you all the things wrong with your car up by the mirror just kinda sits in there. The ac vents just flop around. The buttons are all faded. The center console is all fucked up you know stuff like that. But the carpet is decently clean! So where would you start?
