How rare is cardinal red in a E30 sedan?

Just wondering because I found a 87 4 door near me with what appears to be cardinal red door panels, rear seat/deck shelf. Front seats are gone, they were lost in a basement flood according to the owner. Looking to possibly swap out my tan interior in my black 91 318i.
