Hey guys, Ive located some Used sport seats with Good padding but bad leather. Im looking into reupholstering them with black vinyl and a grey suede/cloth type middle. Just thought it would be cool to get some idea of what everybody elses looked like.

do a search, there are some SICK interiors on here. m tech cloth, that guy with the black cab and bbs (rk's i think, might be wrong) who just got a nice respray has an awesome black interior with a green stripe accent thing.

i was gonna get leather bolsters, but I have euro houndstooth, which I am just too in love with to ever change

I know it's been almost a year since this thread was started. However, I just did my seats in the exact way you described in the opening post. If you would like to see it I can take some pics for you.

Yes, im def still interested in any pics i can get. Ive also got some ultra suede wrapping ideas for my cracked dash. So dash pics would be great too.

hmmm this just got me thinking.. what if you mix-matched a set of black vinyl sports so that the bolsters were black and the centers and knee bolster remained beige...
somebody should pshop it.

I absolutely NEED the material used in the middle of these Alpina seats. Then I will throw it in a air tight bag and put it in a box in the closet for a few years so the cloth becomes worth a lot more. Then I will proceed to have it put onto a set of Recaros.
