m-tech II not for the e30?

I'm trying to find out what other models the m-tech 2 steering wheels were made for. I bought one off ebay for my e30 and it's for a different model. It doesn't have the deep hub like on my stock m-tech I but shallow and flat.. Anybody know? It was also the alcantara version and a 365mm
