dash light help

91 318i what are the lights on the dash that start with green bars, then a yellow and a red?

Right now my red one is on.

thats... not good. lol.

The green/yellow/red lights are a sign of when services should be performed. The three greens show satisfactory, the yellow means service soon, red means service NOW. lol

at least thats what I was think I was reading in my manual the other day, maybe im getting it mixed up. I just got a 91 318i myself.
