What to use to dye the "RECARO" on a SRD black?

I have a set of SRD's and I don't really feel like advertising for recaro, and since I'm doing a Sport Evo type interior, I want to make the RECARO stitching black. In a real SE, there are SRD's - just no stitching in the headrest.
I thought of just using a permanent marker, but even that would rub off, and a black Sharpie has a "golden" tint to it when you see it in the light, so I'm thinking more of a fabric dye of some sort - anybody have any suggestion?

    Thanks!

Hey, it's worth a shot - if you can grab one I'm willing to give it a shot on a old shirt first and see what it looks like. We don't have any out there, but I know the ones you are talking about. Cool, thanks man.

Sharpie makes a marker made for use on cloth. Get one of those. They are hella strong and never wash out. They're called Rub-A-Dub Laundry Markers.

Hey - that marker might be the winner! I'll have to go hunt up one of those in town. Thanks!

would that stuff be good for dying the deck by the rear speakers on top of the back seat?
