    Map Lights

Does anyone know if the overhead map light panel out of an E36 will fit the E30 check panel cutout? I've done a search and could find no info on this. Thanks.

Dont know if what your trying to do will work, but the maplight mirror was an option for our cars and works incredibly well.

I know but they are so expensive - upwards of $75 or more. I figure you could get a E36 panel for less than $20.

Not sure why they are are expensive - but you are right. I was happy my ride came with them! :)

I would just save the dough and grab the e30 set.

I bought a maplight mirror for like $50 shipped for my old car. You must not be looking in the right places. :)
