I would go black in the rear window too. Also get black mats or cocoa mats.

I think it would look good. I also think it would look better if you keep the tan door cards and just do the pulls, pockets and kick panels black.

That is what I am planning to do to my car. I have a set of black/grey door panels when I get black Recaro SRDs and a half cage.

I think the idea is good, but can only work one direction... if the seats were black and doors were tan, it'd be off... but since the dash and such is black, it will look fine with black doors.

I've got black door cards and carpet and tan leather sport seats. It looks decent, but I prefer black seats.

                I would if I had a camera.

Its pretty easy to picture, and I do think that the black door cards look better than tan no matter what.

I recently saw an e46 with this scheme. All black dash, blakc carpet, and the door cards were black with tan leather inserts, with tan seats. It was the best looking e46 interior EVAR!

I've thought of doing something similar to my car. Having Black door cards, but having the arm rests be tan, and maybe the map pockets. Tan map pockets might look shitty. With the Bronzit and lots of black trim, it think it would look pretty sweet.

Not my cup o tea. I think you need to find some big bolter Recaro's and add them in combo with matching back and door cards.

It looks nice. Other interiors have looked better, but it looks nice and different. If you don't want to have an interior that looks like everyone elses go for it.

Another variation on this is what that Tolofoau guy did in his M3. He had the grey leather and swapped his center sections of the fronts with the dried blood color leather, and did some sort of mix-up on the ft door cards and door pulls. He might have done something in the rear, but I forgot what.

I give him props for trying something non-traditional, but the end result just looked to checkerboard for me, but at least he was trying.

Whenever S14 comes back up search his user name.

I saw a guy who had an odd tan/peach color Vaders in an E30 in Issaquah last year. Some rare OEM color, forgot the name. He told me, but I forget. Anyhow his looked teh secks, seriously!!! Had a rear seat that matched too. All the rest of the interior was black, and it was Brilliantrot. Has a M50 in it **I think**. Kind of reminded you of what a classic Italian sports car should be done like.
Really nice guy, I asked him about the E30 picnic and he said he was coming, but I never saw him or it there last summer. I gave him the R3v address, he wasn't on here yet.

Does anybody here know the guy? Are you / did you get on here?

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.
