    Question about the OBC. There's one for sale on ebay, but do I need a wiring harness or anything?

      you would need the second link, the complete kit, just the obc wont do anything

          I bought the second one, it comes with complete wireing harness from the car. basically you need everything uncut, and evry thing in that picture.
