Floor Mat Anchor?

I know that VW used to make a clip with a pin hook on one end that you set into the carpet. It may be a good place to start.

newer bimmers have velcro, dont know how youd get if fastned though

I suppose I can Sow some velcro into the carpet. Although it would be easier to just buy a couple mat hooks and just stick them through the carpet.

Dealer should have them. They were included with the last set of new OEM mats I bought.
