schroth harness install (help)

i'm trying to install my harness. the belts won't fit the opening of my recaro srd's unless i remove the belt adjusters. does anyone know hoe to disassemble these? i already broke a tab and will probably need to replace it ($10 a pair).

i appreciate any help you guys can give. here are pics of the length adjuster covers

call the number on the install manual the came with the belts. they are really helpful and will walk you through it if it can be done w/o messing up the adjuster. be prepaired to sit on hold for a while before they get to you though.

thanks but unfortunately, i bought the belts used and it didn't come with instructions. i'll try to thread the belts through the seat opening again. my last resort would be to force the adjuster covers off and just buy new ones. thanks again.
