Pic Request: E30 with a DVD In-dash Screen

I have a spare kenwood indash DVD player and I'm curious if others have put a DVD player in their E30 and what they look like flipped up. Thanks in advanced

    Bad pic:

It hits the wiper stalk. So you either leave it open all the time, pull the stalk all the way up when retracting the screen, or have a machine shop shorten the stalk.

I tried and failed at option 3, did option 2 for a bit, and now just do option 1 most of the time (it sleeps in my garage).

ah thanks... hey I have the same sterring wheel that came out of my E36 and I want to put it into my E30 was it hard to do or anything special I need to do?

Also does the screen get in the way of your driving at all?

If you got the 316 HVAC panel it wouldn't hit. :)

And no, the E36 wheel will not fit the E30.

I know about the 316 panel, I wish I had the nerve to get rid of the OBC. I like it too much.

Oh, and the screen never gets in the way. I've autocrossed it with music videos on.
