My friends new eta had the glove box stuck shut, the latch had broken and we had tryed with no luck to get it unstuck for an hour or so yesterday. So today he decides since i've got a spare one that he is just gonna unbolt the back bolts and rip it out. Only problem is the latch is still attached now. Anybody had this problem and found a way to unstick it?

I've followed the steps in the first article (it took me a couple of hours to complete). It works, but it really sucks to have to do it. Make sure to replace it with a new lock/latch mechanism when your finished.
