Was there a special boot/trunk panel that mounted to the rear bulk head for the ski hole / arm rest seats?

no. there is a stamped metal plate behind the seat that can be "punched" out. i knocked it out in 1 hit from a BFH, some ppl claim they punched it out with their fist, anywayz, remove that, and yer golden.IG: @Baye30

Yes I guess you would call it a liner?
I would how ever just like to see a factory one, or even buy one. I know I am kinda anal retentive, but I really like the "ALL FACTORY LOOK"
