    iX seat slider bar removal

I just put seats from an iS and want to remove the slider bar to replace it with the one from the original iX seats. someone on the iX board said it was "eaisly removed". I didnt find it to be that exactly. Any ideas? Thanks.

well the iX lever has a bend in it to allow room fir the x-fer case in the tunnel. so if you have non iX seats, when you silde the seat up the lever has no clearance

        ok, that makes sense now.
why not take the plastic handle off of the slider and bend the slider bar and reattach the handle.

I did that, but I would just rather have it like it is supposed to be. I guess it really doesnt matter, I'm just kind of weird like that.
