6'9'' fitting into Recaro SRD?

Ok, I need some info. I'm 6'9'', 240lbs., I already modified my seat bracket and fab'ed up some relocator mounts so I could drive the car. Now I am begining the complete re-do. I have been talking to a few people about the interior options I have. I am having trouble deciding without further information due to the fact that I do not want to start spending only to find I will not fit comfortably in my new interior.

Custom brackets not an issue. Will fab if ness.

Trying to find out what seats I want/can use so I can get them covered to match w/ rears.

how do u fit in an e30? i have my seat in the down position and my head is still like < 1" from the roof. and im 6'2"...
