    BMW Motorsport seatbelts

Does anyone know where they are available or if they were even available for the E30? I'm talking about the red seatbelts that say BMW motorsport that were in the E36 M3 LTW or GT. Thanks in advance

Also any part numbers would be awesome

It's been posted on here before. Do a search.

They're still available new from the dealer.

They are, however, in the range of $300 or so.

      What Ken said.

Search for 'Sport Evo seatbelts' - it's common knowledge they came with red belts & the inertia reel for the front was a larger size. No printing on the belt though like in the Jahre M5.

      Welcome & search.

Thank you i am well aware of how the search function works and if you run "motorsport seatbelt" you will get a thread about the E34 and this one. Had i known they were the Sport Evo seatbelts i would have searched that.

          1) Red seatbelts that have the black stitching "Motorsport" on them are NLA. No way jose, unless you find someone parting out the M5 they originally were sold in. Good luck there too.

          2) Now, red Evolution seatbelts are still available. You can order these from any dealer. I personally would suggest using someone like Don McAdams from McAdams Motorsport www.mcadamsmotorsport.com Don is a very good and upstanding guy who will give you great prices.

Are these compatable with E30s? http://www.koperformance.com/BMW/oe_..._seatbelts.htm

Get a E36 belt from a wrecking yard & try bolting it in your E30, and then try & put the rear card back on. That will answer your question.

I could, or if someone with some experience on the matter could lend their insight, it would be for more cost/time effective

pretty mouthy for a noobie that is still searching for their own e30. if your first priority is what seatbelts you want in the car go back to hondas. its obvious this topic has been covered many times before. youve been given links to answer your question, use them.

Hey spunk, gag on my balls. Just because i don't post doesn't mean i don't lurk. I have been a member for 5 months and have posted now 8 times. I generally like to ask a question only if i can't find an answer. Also, as it so happens people from MN tend to have very large e-penises and swing them quite freely. So sorry if you don't like to be told to get fucked but i asked a simple question and got ''use the fucking search feature noob'' as a response. If you want to search motorsport seatbelt again you will see that i came up with 2 threads, one being this one and the other being about the M5 anniversary. That thread had very little useful information in it, and this one has egotards like you in it shitting in a toilet full of answers. I have been given links to half of my answer, and i really don't need a link to a vendor because i can get them locally for less. Also i was given a link to something that i'm not actually looking for and when i asked if what i was looking for happened to be compatible i didn't get a straight answer. As for the E30 i am in the process of getting one within the next month. It has very little of the interior that it was born with and since the body is in excellent shape i wanted an interior to accompany it. So again, enjoy the succulent tang of my balls.

To everyone else in the thread, thank you for your answers. They haven't given me exactly what i was looking for but it might be my only option at this point.

You are carrying a bit of attitude there - why don't you go register over at bimmerforums.com & ask them? Call it a hunch, but I see a short future for you here.
I'm sure you & your burning question over colored seatbelts will fit in great, then Mommy can get you those belts, oh - wait, she better get you an E30 first.
