im looking to redo my seats.. i want cloth.. right now is houndstooth but so torn its ugly.. i saw some black and white checkerd houndstooth fabric and thought it may look cool.. but where can i find the grey bmw version that will match my rear seat? i dont want any leather but all cloth variteies will be looked at.

I would suggest recovering the rear seat as well. The 15yr old fabric on your rear seat will be faded and there is no way to match it. The rear seat is very inexpensive to have covered as well.

Most auto upholstery shops have book upon book of fabric and leather to choose from. They generally have them by make to match factory cloth and leather as well. If you can't find them made specifically to match, I'm sure they have something that's so close, no one will be able to tell the difference.
Your other option is to buy it through the dealer. Many fabrics are still available, but they're incredibly expensive.sigpicComment
