    gauge cluster?

I am currently in the process of buying an uncracked dash for my 86 325e. when i took the old one out i didn't really do things in a specific order. I am wondering, can the gauge cluster be replaced with the new dash installed? my guage cluster doesn't fully function, so if i can easily replace it with the new dash already in, i will just put up with my broken one for a little while. thanks

p.s. if you have a fully functional gauge cluster for a 325e let me know.

Yes you can. Easiest way is with the steering wheel removed so you don't have to mess with trying to wedge it out.
