sunvisor panel removal HELP

can anyone direct me as to how to remove the panel that is between the ehadliner and the top seal of the windshield...this is the panel that has the box-out for the 'check' panel.

I have removed the check panel, the sunvisors and the crank for the sunroof. I know the sides have the fabric that tucks under the door seals on each side.

I pulled all of this stuff off, but iI'm afraid to tuf too hard on the panel and break it.
