sport seat issues

I recently acquired a set of sport seats. Seems to me the tighter I tighten the bolt that holds on the seat belt to the seat, the harder it is to slide the seat back and fourth. It seems that bolt should be on there pretty snug. But when I got it really on there I couldnt even move the seats. Anyone else?

Unless the seat rails are tweaked, I don't see how tightening the bolt would do anything.

If the rails are twisted or something, tighten the bolt down would pull them back straight and might put a bind on it, but otherwise, ???
