    its another obc install question

    i know i already searched

I got this obc from a ix and put it in a 325i. Do you have to change the coding plug on the obc It is 325-325 does it really matter? nothing is showing up on the screen. I already have a new light bar so its not that, and i followed the r3v install directions. The only thing i didn't connect was the fuel level sensor because my car wouldn't start when the obc harness was pluged in.

oh and now my tach and mpg gauges do not work.

whats up with this?shit I've gone over it and over it cant find the problem
