Vert rear - side windows

Does anyone know how to remove the rear side windows from a converible. I need to replace the passenger side rear window and the bently guide tells you how to adjust but not replace. I can see the screws that hold them to the guide but cannot get to them. Any ideas/write ups

My small triangular front window in the vert was also hard to get to. I had someone come out and do it. I came to $125 w/ window.

I asked how much it would be to just put one in and they said $25-$35. I would just have someone do it so they fix the problem if it doesn't work out.
