HEY GUYS I JUST RECENLTY DID MY CLUSTER WITH THE RINGS AND THE
RED NEEDLES N I'M HAVING A LIL PROBLEM....


MY FUEL GUAGE ISNT WORKING AND AT NIGHT THE NEEDLES DONT LIGHT UP!!!!!!!!!!!


WHATS GOIN ON ??????

Did you check the nut on the back of the gauge to see if it's tight? Or your circit board may be going bad. My 85 was doing that and i had to give it a tap ontop of the dash to get the gas gauge to read. And what did you use for the red on the needles? I used a red sharpie on mine.

E30 needles never light up. The cluster has "stadium lighting" that shines up on the gauges from the bottom.

BTW I also did mine with sharpie with great results.
