    Check Panel no worky

Well since apparently nobody goes in the "general technical" area, I'll ask here. I bought my car a few days ago and the check panel did not work at all. I popped it off and it wasn't plugged in. I plugged it in and it still doesn't do anything. The only thing it does is give me a solid "CHECK" light on the gauge cluster. Any ideas? New check panel? Thanks,

    Ryan

Thats what I was wondering too. I was flipping through my Bentley looking for what fuse it may be. It seems that the check panel is tied in with a ton of stuff though. I would assume that if a fuse went out then I would have lost other stuff with it, like lights. I don't know. I'm going to poke around the fuse box and look for anything out. Thanks.

Do you have access to a known good one to try? Seems like that would be an easy way to find out the issue you're dealing with.

Let me know if you end up needing one. I have a spare floating around I think I paid like $11 for at the yard.

Thanks Tim. I actually PMed Funkmasta about getting one this morning, haven't heard back yet. Thats probably the solution... I hope.

Recap: replaced the check panel with a good used one from Funkmasta and the problem is solved.
