non E30 3series floor mats in a E30?

Dont have pics but I run e46 floor mats in my car, but only in the fronts. The back needs to be oem because of e30 rear space, the others fit but not too great.

I had e39 before and those fit too.

I use E36 mats in mine. Driver's mat fits perfectly, passenger side fits 90%. The two rears aren't as great, but still more than passable.

Mine's a RHD car btw.

FYI--bought a set of OE Anthracite floor mats for the wife's car and the parts guy said there are 52 sets left in the world. Black is NLA.
