trying to put on my mtech 1 wheel on. i preordered the so called special spacer. when i took off myairbag wheel on my 90 ix, it already has a spacer just like the one i ordered on it. so i put on the wheel with one spacer, and now the wheel won't unlock when i put the key in. so i take it off and then put on two spacers. same thing. why is this happening? thanks

use the original spacer. Look around 10 oclock on the hub, there is a white plastic tab. Break it off, and take the spring out. Put the wheel on, put two washers in there, and the lock nut. Wala you are done. -
two washers...like the one that is between the steering wheel and the nut? so there is a total of 3? 2 behind and 1 orig in front?Comment

no, you have the large one in teh back which stays there
then you ahve the washer in the front, you need 2 or how ever many to the end of the thread.Comment
