I used purple power and hot water. Then just hot water. Then armor all the hell out of them.

I just cleaned the vinyl front sport seats & rear seats in my 318ic. I used Simple Green w/ some water and also used a scrub brush. The brush bristles did not harm my vinyl seats at all. The reason I used the brush was because when I tried just using cotton towels, the towels were not getting or cleaning all of the fine nooks & crannies in the seat cover pattern... The brush cleaned deep down and removed all soil easily w/ less time. After scrubbing, I then used towels to sop up all of the dirty water off the seats, then went over them once more with a clean damp towel.

My tan ic seats turned out excellent and look nearly new. I also used Simple Green as it's not as caustic and won't discolor or damage the vinyl seating surfaces. I used the same method for cleaning all of my rear interior panels and front door cards.
