Duh, it's the window circuit breaker. I'm just trying to figure out why this guy posted a picture of where it WASN'T...? There's a circuit breaker in that photo too, on the right of the shifter.

if its a 4 door then its a window lock which only locks the rear switches

there are no rear switches ! the back windows must be manual . (those are heated seats buttons)

No no, that's not the OPs car, hence my frustrations with this thread. That's a two door car that someone added heated seat switches to.
