Dumbest question ever: OBC fell into dash

The late-model OBC in my '92 cabrio is loose and tips into the dashboard. I can pull it back flush with the panel temporarily by pulling on a button with my fingernails. How hard is it to secure it back flush with the panel so it will stay there?

I did search and found differing opinions on remove/install, but I only want to peg mine in place:

BTW feel free to post the pic of JB Weld like I do in response to these kinds of questions.

Some how the screws became loose and fell some where back there, there are four of them. Just follow the intructions on post #3 cause it's easier to get to the OBC by removing the H-vac panel, radio, etc. IMO. No JB Weld needed.

Because you asked for it... :D

But it would be better if you pulled the HVAC panel and replaced however many screws are needed to remount the OBC...
