Photos of mah seats! (after I'd taken the side covers off)

From my research, this is a Recaro LS, but I'm not super sure.

I wish I had more of it :(

(or even the black cloth. It's also apparently difficult to find, and I need to re-foam and recover my DS bolster.

i can have either reproduced - would be about 125 a yard unless you buy 10+ yards.

Is a yard enough for an entire upper bolster? How much is necessary to do two wide cloth stripes on the rear seat? (like [vinyl| cloth | vinyl | cloth |vinyl] )

you would need roughly 4 yards to do a set of front and rear inserts so roughly 2 for the front 2 for the back.

My front inserts are in good shape, I was asking about the black cloth for the front upper bolsters.

for the black cloth i would dig around and try to find a decent match. Is it the same as what was used on the houndstooth seats? Im actually looking for that fabric right now (it seems to be more of a grey then black though)

It seems rougher and more "open" than what houndstooth sport seats have, but I've never looked at a set of those closely.

It is a black fabric, just looks grayish in that light. (and also has faded in the last 20 years)

I'm picking these up in about a week, they will be my new "Recaro Rescue" project. :D Getting the pair for $100.

The lower bolsters on both seats will need to be replaced, as well as the uppers on the driver's side, and black vinyl on both seats will be replaced with heavy black cloth.

The outer bolsters on both of those are going to need to be replaced, possibly all 4 of them. And the upper bolster(s) on the driver side will definitely need it, the passenger looks fine.

What would I be looking at for outers on both, along with one upper (which is one piece, both sides, right)? What about all 4 outer bolsters and one upper?

Sorry if this has been addressed before but do all the grays and trophies tilt forward or only the GTI versions?
