My interior is pretty clean, not mint or brand new but a lot better than cars 17-18 years younger. Clock and dash lights are working, no rips in the seats, dash or doors. Mine is a DD though, it gets dinged up in parking lots, I haul the dog to vet. If I had a nice M3 or a clean, clean car it would be different. I am like the 11th owner of the car.

I would spend money on stuff like a short shifter or sport seats from an M or IS but I wound't do too much that won't improve performance like the mtech interior, map lights or the crazy expensive mtech dead pedal etc. I do want an Mtech II wheel though and maybe some cluster rings if I can find nice ones. People always say the inside looks old I dont know why it doesn't look bad to me except for the non digital odometer and stock tape deck. They change their minds once I let them drive though.

People that bug me are those who CONSTANTLY have un-needed crap in their car. Misc clothes, old food rappers, etc. Drive me NUTS. My interior is generally empty enough to auto-X without having to take anything out.

cluttered interiors drive me insane too.

My interior is Spartan and functional, without going to the point where a girl would comment on something if its missing, ie: she's not going to complain about cruise control delete, but she might ask why there is no glovebox or door card.

cant stand it when people treat the inside of their cars like trash cans.
