    Sedan seats into a coupe?

Is this a bad idea if you expect rear passengers? My sedan seats are in storage and I can't remember if there is a lever for tilting the seat forward? I know there isn't one on the in-board side of the passenger seat, but is there one on the outboard side, or do they not move forward at all?

No they don't have the lever. But you should install the lever on just the passenger seat that would be cool.

So if someone needed to get in the backseat gracefully, they'd have to lift the lever under seat and pull it forward, and then pull the incline lever on the side and push the seat to full incline? Does it go all the way forward, or just to verticle?

Sorry about the dumb questions, but I don't have access to my sedan seats right now, and I'm trying sell them to a guy who has a coupe, but I don't want to give him the wrong info. Thank for the help.

You could do that, but coupe seats actually move the seat back up and forward when you pull that level, giving you more room than you'd get by just tilting/sliding.

Gracefully, IDK, but getting in the back is possible.

I am putting in sedan sports seats in a coupe, they aren't bolted in but in there and I don't really see much room for rear passengers

Sport seats in any E30 will leave no or very little room for rear passengers.

Right if they can even get into the back with out the fronts inclining.

Remove the seat stop on the slider of the passenger seat to get an extra two or three inches forward sliding room. Tell the legless suckers (the only people that actually fit in the rear) to slide the passenger seat forward and they can get in fine.
