May have to give it a twist, but it just pulls off.

If it is really jammed in there, just cut it off. It is getting replaced anyways. But if you wanna keep it twist and pull as everyone said.

Pull up the boot. There is a zip tie on the inside of the boot and handle that prevents it from coming off sometimes.

Twisting while pulling is the key. I guess you could lube it up a little? or cut like stated above.

I am going to refrain from cracking any jokes at you guys, and your twisting, pulling, lubing, and preferring it cut or uncut. ;)

Twist it back and for as you pull on it. Its a stubborn sob sometimes.

On the e30 it just pulls off. On the E34 you will need to cut the zip tie off under the boot. I just did this today.
