I love those, and they are indeed e30 option recaros. I think I've posted a pic of mine in here, they look identical to yours. (except for the cloth pattern)

Nope, yours are option recaros. Your bolsters are way too big to be sport seat bolsters.

Interesting thread, but are there any major differences between the E30 sport seats and the Recaro seats? And on a not-so-related note, is anyone experienced in repairing seat mechanics? The tilt on my driver's seat is broken and the seatback wobbles; not too conducive to sporty driving...

E21 Recaros are different then the E30 Euro real Recaros. I believe that the Euro E30's used the LS like that of the Afla Verde's.

Inserts are different, position of the fold-forward thingy is is different. No bar to pull the bolster forward.

I'm not sure if those differences are enough to make them different seats to the LS model. I'll be pulling mine out sometime this week to do an audio install, I'll look for any markings.
