Not really difficult just time consuming. Set aside a day for this seriously. Used ones go on Ebay for around $85-120. I'd hit up a local junkyard and try and find one there

Yeah I'm in the middle of doing mine, and it's not terribly difficult.

It is easy to break the tabs on the a-pillar covers though. Make sure you take out the forward part of the headliner. Then pop out the very top of the a-pillar very carefully. Then pull up towards the roof and the front clip will slide out.

Sounds like too much work for me... I'm liking BMP's cover.

I've had a new dash in my garage for about a year now. I have the instructions printed out somewhere, but is there anything else specifically to look out for?

Also, about how long did it take you to make the swap? I have a free weekend coming up.

Can't think of anything out of the ordinary.

Glovebox studs (the 3 underneath) are apparently easy to snap off - don't overtorque those assholes. I replaced the foam around the air vents underneath the dash with new stuff. Other than that, there are only two bolts on each side holding the dash and one to the left of the steering column and one to the left of the ECU.

I dunno. 6 hours total? With a bunch of breaks.
