    Tech II wheel PN

Sorry if I didnt search well enough, but I have 2 different PN for an M-Tech II steering wheel:
    32332226086, and
    32332226731

A BMW dealer on line had it listed as the 731 but it is 086 on Real OEM. What gives?

whoa that was quick. the dealer (731) says it is the smaller 370mm. They must be mistaken.

EDIT: closer look shows the 731 as this: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...1&fg=20&hl=161

is the 086 an updated version?

            One might be alcantra?

I think they made a few suede ones right?

              yes they did,

              I wish mine was alcantra!
It could very well be the 731 as it is cheaper than the leather one.
              Both seem to be D=370mm

Hey guys wonder if anyone could help me with this. So I have the smaller mtech 2 wheel (370mm)in my e30. I'm about to pick up a e34, will this wheel swap over?

For early e34s w/o airbag it does fit.

The part #32332226731 is the same as the 32332226086 the only diff is that the 731 number comes complete with horn pad. The reason I know this is I work for a dealer and was selling the 731's on ebay for cheaper than you could buy the 086 part number. the 085 part number is the larger diamater wheel for those who are interested. Real OEM only shows the part number for the replacement wheel and the the 731 was the accessory part number. I hope this helps.
