How do I remove OBC and Fog Light Switch

I picked up a euro analog clock and a dual fog light switch, and I'm curious how best to remove the OBC and the fog light switch w/o damaging anything.

Now that I think about it ... how do you remove the switch "blanks" next to the rear defrost switch, as I can put the "old" fog light switch in there.

search. This is pretty easy.

Pull off the knee bolster, reach up behind the switch, and push it out. Blanks come out the same way.
