How do you clean cloth interior?

I have acquired a mint set of houndstooth door panels, and like all houndstooth they have stains. These are not very noticeable in person, but they do show up a bit more in pictures, and regardless it bugs me. Does anyone have any methods or special materials they use to clean their houndstooth interior or any similar cloth interior for that matter? I don't want to mess them up as they were difficult to find and I may not come across another set this clean any time soon.

    Cheers,

    Brian

There are plenty of products available to clean cloth interior items. Blue Coral makes a foam that works well, available at big box auto parts stores. Google "detail forums" & search - you'll find some great suggestions.
    For example:

Thanks for the reply. I'm looking for something that people have tried already and is known to work. I don't want to risk ruining this perfect houndstooth on something that has not already been proven to work on it. I will check out Blue Coral thought.

      Cheers,

I would try calling some upholstery cleaners, they should be able to steam clean them up for a good price.

I usually totally remove the interior, hook the power washer up to the water heater, spray liberally, let dry, reinstall, does wonders for super dirty interiors.

This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.

Steam wash is the shit for dirty interiors.....works wonders. Would strongly recommend using some sort of spot-cleaner in the worst areas (try on a little spot first) and use very little soap during the steaming.
