    Window problem

I have 1 90 325i. My passinger window will go up and down but you need to work the switch quite a bit to get it up and down. Like dead spots in the switch. pushin down and up and it starts working. Is it the motor or the switch? Thanks A Curtis

switch. The contact points on teh switch must have corroded/burn off, since its a eletrical contact it will burn a hole on the contact through time. Opening it up you can fix it to work, but I would just get another one that works since they arent exactly a high demand item. .
