    Driver/Passenger Seat Swap?

I'm getting a nice passenger seat to replace my driver's seat. Is it possible to just swich the rails? Or do I need to disassemble, and swap foam/vinyl.

just switch the female end of seat belt to other side. all the controls still work they just hug the center console rather than doors.. I've done it on nearly all my 30s

Totally overlooked the handles being on the right side. I guess I'll spend an afternoon tearing them down and transferring.

No, I'll be taking all of the foam and vinyl off of one and transferring it onto the other.

You won't need to swap out the foam, just the vinyl.

Or, while you have it apart, you could take the foam to a dry cleaners and have them clean it and steam it. It'll almost get it back to original size/feel.

Do you have hogties and pliers to reattach?

My car has almost 300k miles, so the foam on my driver's seat is pretty condensed. I'm just going to transfer everything from the mint passenger seat I'm getting.

I'm not going to use hogties. I've done it before, and found that zipties are MUCH easier to work with.
