I have the natur leather interior in my e30. What do you guys think about getting the dove vaders then dying them to match the rest of the interior? How do you think that would look? Has anyone done that before? Will the dye bleed on your clothes?

it will work fine if done right. I dyed some black sport seats to natural, they came out ok. The trick is prep and taking your time. I would suggest using the leatherique.com dye and a spray gun, that works out better than using a brush. the dye should not come off. also, make sure that the leather is nice and soft to begin with, that way it will absorb the dye better.
