Dude, if you looked a couple threads up at a sticky, you can see a HOW TO INSTALL VADER SEATS.

I think the power vaders are the same size as the manual ones. That being said it shouldn't be a problem making them fit along with some simple wiring. Use the link above to get your diy things to do....

Did I miss it? What was the answer? It seemed kinda vague to me...

i have power e36 m3 seats, not vaders, the bases are too wide to fit in the channel between the tunnel and the outside rail under the door. i would assume that the power vaders have the same base.

I have installed manual and power vader seats in my e30. After measuring they have the same base dimensions.

The power seat fit fine and is extremely easy to wire in for power.

I saw that thread, I am actually making those brackets. I am curious to see how to wire them up, I can't find a thread which goes into any detail.

From what I understand, and I could go look at the 328iC if someone really wants, there is a SINGLE 2 wire plug going to the vehicle. Power and Ground. The physical 'wiring' is built into the seat. All the seats need is 12v.

"Best" way to do it? Run a wire from the battery and build a 'new' harness with a BMW plug. That way you can easily unplug/plug the seat if/when you need to remove it.

The seats are the same. The physical seat themselves. Difference lies in the actual seat brackets but the 'bolt pattern' is the same.

Sounds good, I wasn't sure if there was a two wire or multiple wire connector. Knowing that it is two, I could easily figure it out. Thank you
