    Ahhh, what seats to get?

I still can't decide on what seats to get. Currently I'm running a torn up black sport seat and a tan comfort. Obviously they've got to go. If I could find another shot sport seat on the cheap, I could get new covers from leatherseats.com.

I've got a friend with a wrecked S2k who is picking up a replacement, and is getting rid of both sets of seats. They're black too. I could grab a set of these http://www.ricks2k.com/products/AllL....php#HeadRests with ///M embroidered on them and be good to go. I used to have an S and loved the seats. It wouldn't cost to much and I've got a welder to handle the rear brackets.

    Another option - http://www.memoryfab.com/products/detail_accessories_4/

I've been leaning towards these in carbon kevlar. Obviously the most expensive option. Memoryfab makes good seats - I can do a little digging and show an accident pic.

Any other imputs? I've been staying away from fixed back seats as this is a dd, but I never really adjust my seats. Part of me wants some nice fixed backs with a rollbar but I don't think I'll go that extreme. There is a guy who did a very clean rear seat delete in his e36, though, that I'll have to link when the forums are back online.

Why would you embroider an ///M on them?

And what the fuck would you need carbon kevlar racing seats in a daily for?

It's seeing heavy autox and track time. I also live 30 minutes from the Tail of the Dragon. It would be nice to have, and I might as well get some nice ones.

If I'm keeping the rears, I'm putting M-tech pins in them.

          It's M powered, so close enough :)

To add to the decisions - http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1172119

I can probably get these for close to the memoryfabs in price.

Lots of DD, little bit of auto-x/track: E30 M3 seats.

Lots of auto-x/track, little bit of DD: Recaro SRD's (new or secondhand).

I actually ended up going with the S2000 seats. After I sell them I'll probably nab some Status Rings (friend selling me them wholesale :) )

I'll do a writeup on the install after I finish the passenger's side, the driver's is already in.
