It seems that my front right power window motor is dead. I've looked on ebay for replacement motors and they all say that they are for E30s from 3/88. My 325is was made in 3/87. Are these motors actually different? Anyone have the right PN for me?

Well to update, I took the door panel off and cranked the window down manually. Then I lubed the tracks and the motor(where the allen key goes) and it has magically come back alive. Sweet. -
A lot of times the grease is the problem with the motors. I've had to do this on two of my window motors before as well.Comment
