I've seen pictures of it installed and you'll have a nice edge all the way around it... you can pay a little more and just get an oem dash w/o cracks and swap it.

I have seen these in some E30's that I have bought and didn't much care for it. After time the plastic starts to look like early E30's bumper surrounds.

Im not a fan personally, it looks good from the outside, but from the drivers view the edge is just not right.

I have one that I put on my car any time it is out in the bright sunlight for long periods. If you don't tell anyone they never notice it is a dash cover. Mine lays on the dash with no attachment and does not move up to 100 MPH with the top down. I have no idea what happens over 100.

I had one in my car and it fit ok, but it did end up warping a little from the sun. Its under my house now. They also make some noise while driving.
