Corbeau FX1 Wide- Will they fit?

I am interested in installing a driver side FX1 wide in my 85 323i, but I am unsure if it will actually fit. I have heard stories about seats being installed and then not being able to close the doors. Does anyone know if the FX1 wides will even fit in an E30?

I have had this car about a year and a half now and the only thing that rides in the back seat are computers.
