    z3 seats in a e30

Has any one ever put z3 seats in a e30? I would like to see some pics of that if it's been done.

I bought a set of MZ3 Seats in red/black and installed them in my car. I drove around on them for about 3 weeks then decided to buy a set of Recaro SRD's. The seats were nice but they didn't look right to me in the E30.

I'd have to agree with bmwguy...Not that I installed Z3 seats in mine, but I did see a pair at the dealer & thought of the possiblities :nice: . But the more I looked at them, the more I realized they would just be too up-to-date for the classic e30 cockpit. Then again, maybe it's just my old fart mentality.

Anyone else tried these? Those that have installed these, are they a direct bolt in or how much modification is needed? Did they sit much lower?
