US to Euro trim side marker delete

Hi everyone,

I am going to replace the US plastic bumper trim with Euro plastic bumper trim, which deletes the side marker. If I just unplug the side markers, the turn signals blink fast.
Is there way to a properly delete them? How should I do it?
