no power to radio and no interior lights

hey guys don't know if this goes here, but i have a 318is and i don't know what is wrong. drove it today all of a sudden the radio doesn't work and the overhead dome interior lights don't work. also the climate control doesn't light up and the obc clock doesn't work either.

did i blow a fuse or something? help me figure it out. on a side note my rpm gauge went out too but i have a spare cluster.

its all connected, this just happened to me, Check fuse #21 its blown forsure, Dont replace the cluster its still working.
